Brief Description
This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced IT environment where no two days are the same. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting business systems, resolving technical issues and working with a range of modern technologies while completing your Level 3 IT Apprenticeship.

Vacancy Detail
- Deliver first-line IT support to users via phone, email and remote support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues
- Install, configure and maintain desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices
- Set up new user accounts and manage passwords using
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Support network connectivity, printers and business applications
- Record and manage support requests using the IT helpdesk system
- Assist with software installations, system upgrades and hardware deployments
- Carry out routine maintenance to ensure systems remain secure and up to date
- Help maintain accurate technical documentation and IT asset records
