Training to be Provided


  • The apprentice will attend South Staffordshire College Cannock Campus (The Green, Cannock, WS11 1UE) one day a week and work with Ronax the remaining 4 days

Vacancy Detail

As an Apprentice Bricklayer at Ronax Solutions, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to learn the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified bricklayer. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of construction projects, learning traditional and modern building techniques while working towards your apprenticeship qualification.


What an average day/week may look like:



  • Assisting experienced bricklayers with preparing materials, mixing mortar, setting out work areas and maintaining a safe and tidy site

  • Learning how to lay bricks, blocks and other materials to a high standard, including building walls, extensions and structural elements

  • Measuring, cutting and preparing materials accurately while developing an understanding of drawings, specifications and building regulations

  • Working as part of a team across different projects, gaining experience in new builds, renovations and energy-efficient improvements

  • Attending college as part of your apprenticeship training and applying your learning practically on site

  • Developing skills in health and safety, quality workmanship, problem-solving and professional customer service

Other Information


  • MUST be able to travel to Cannock for day release

  • Would need to be fairly fit & happy to work outside in all weather conditions
