Vacancy Detail
- Adhere to Alpla's Corporate IT Policies
- Use the ServiceNow Helpdesk
- Provide First-Line Support for the UK IT Department
- Monitor the UK Service Desk
Troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate faults - Support Microsoft Windows Client environments
- Deploy, install and configure Windows 11 via SCCM
- Maintain and update Windows operating systems
- Provide hardware support and installation (printers, projectors, etc.)
- Monitor Windows Defender Anti-Virus
