We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused Data Analyst Apprentice to join our team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in data, technology and business improvement to develop their analytical skills while completing a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.

  • Analyse data from a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.

  • Create accurate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other analytical platforms to transform data into meaningful insights.

  • Support the development and maintenance of management information reports.

  • Assist with data cleansing, validation and quality improvement activities.

  • Interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

  • Work with different teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and help identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the automation and improvement of reporting processes.

  • Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with company policies and GDPR requirements.

  • Has existing knowledge of data concepts, spreadsheets and analytical methods.

  • Is confident working with numbers and interpreting information.

  • Has experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions and data organisation.

  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.

  • Can identify problems, investigate information and suggest solutions.

  • Is comfortable communicating findings and working with different teams.

  • Has an interest in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
