Brief Description
Become a skilled multi-trade maintenance professional, maintaining, repairing and improving buildings across diverse environments. Combining workshop training with workplace experience, you'll build the technical skills, problem-solving ability and safety awareness to keep facilities safe and operational.
Training to be Provided
The Apprenticeship will be delivered through a blended model, with Knowledge base delivered remotely.
Trade skills are developed through quarterly block release at GLP Training's City and Guilds Centers of Excellence in Worcester.
Future Prospects
This apprenticeship allows the successful candidate the opportunity to gain meaningful full time employment upon completion.

Other Information
Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
Attention to detail; Self-starter and able to take initiative;
Previous experience in DIY, house maintenance, simple plumbing and other trades.
Ability to identify issues + implement effective resolution; Focus on excellent customer outcomes; Awareness of situational risks and safety issues; Ability to use digital systems for task management; Willingness to learn & adapt to changing methodologies/technologies.
