Working Week: Monday to Friday all years around 4 days out of 5 a week. 38hrs per week.
Brief Description
An opportunity to continue your early years childcare path. We are looking for someone that holds a full and relevant level 2 early years qualification. And wants to take the next step into progressing into their level 3 qualification.
Training to be Provided
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Future Prospects
A position for the right candidate to stay on after completing qualification.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work:
- Assisting in delivering a high level of quality childcare maintaining a professional and positive outcome for both children and staff
Building effective relationships with children, parents and team members - Ensuring each child's individual needs are met
- Work towards the apprenticeship standards provided by Juniper Training with an expectation of completion within the agreed timeframe
- Completing a wide range of bespoke childcare courses and short training sessions to ensure that the highest-quality childcare practice is delivered
