Brief Description
You'll be based onsite at a customer facility in a customer-facing engineering stores environment, helping ensure critical parts are available when needed to keep operations running efficiently and minimise downtime. This hands-on role offers practical experience in stores, engineering, and customer service within a real working environment.
Training to be Provided
Customer Service Specialist Level 3.
Blended approach to delivery which could include webinars, face-to-face, Skype, telephone and online learning.
Future Prospects
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into other roles such as sales.
