Brief Description
Goss are looking for a reliable and motivated apprentice with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn a skilled trade. You will work alongside experienced Goss operatives and be allocated a dedicated in-house mentor who will be responsible for your practical training.
Training to be Provided
- Level 2 Painter and Decorator Qualification
- Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours
- Day release to attend college at NCC Hackney Campus (Postcode: N1 6HQ)
Future Prospects
Successful completion may lead to a permanent Industrial Painter and Decorator role at Goss.
Vacancy Detail
- Preparing, cleaning, sanding, filling and repairing surfaces
- Applying primers, paints and specialist coating systems
- Using brushes, rollers, hand tools and power tools safely
- Commercial painting and airless spraying
- Hygienic and fibreglass-reinforced coating systems
- Following manufacturers’ instructions, RAMS and strictly following site rules
- Using PPE correctly and maintaining a safe working area
- Producing work to Goss standards for quality and customer service

Be based within the M25 area (main sites are London/Oxford/Cambridge areas).
