Brief Description
This is a really exciting opportunity, offering the successful applicant access to on and off the job training. You will receive a recognised qualification whilst gaining hands on experience.

Vacancy Detail
- You’ll play an integral part in fostering an environment that is warm, supportive and caring for the children, leading by example to demonstrate professionalism as a practitioner and member of the nursery team
- You’ll be a key person for the children allocated to you, building strong relationships with them and their parents
- You’ll complete regular assessments that reflect the needs, interests, and stages of development of the child
- You will work closely with parents to develop learning journeys and help shape development activities to meet the individual needs of the children in your group
- You will have an awareness of disabilities, family cultures and medical histories for all the children in your group
- You will work as part of a team and independently as a key person for your group
- You’ll seek opportunities to develop your role and undertake additional responsibilities such as project lead, training co-ordinator etc.
