Brief Description
We are recruiting for a school or college leaver to join the team at Davlyn Construction Ltd. as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor you will undertake a part time degree in Quantity Surveying (day release).
Training to be Provided
As part of the training plan you will study, part time, at the Nottingham Trent University for a Chartered Surveyor, Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship (Quantity Surveyor Pathway) BSc (Hons).
Future Prospects
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress through the company.
Vacancy Detail
Initial duties will include:-
- Assisting the estimator with subcontract enquiries
- Measurement from drawings and completed works on site
- Analysis of subcontract quotes
- Procurement and placing orders with subcontractors & suppliers
- Assisting with valuations, variations & final accounts
Full training & support will be provided.
