Brief Description
A new opportunity has arisen at Bruce Marshall & Co Ltd for an Accounts Administration Apprentice to work in a growing business with lots of opportunities. Duties will include cloud accounting, VAT preparation and electronic filing, monthly payroll, plus more.
Training to be Provided
This apprenticeship is all workplace delivery meaning there is no day release to Macclesfield College.
Future Prospects
There may be a full-time position available upon the successful completition of this apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
Day-to-day duties include but will not be limited to:
- Transaction posting
- Using Cloud-based bookkeeping software
- Invoice processing
- Information requests from clients
- Bank statement downloads & electronic import to Cloud accounting system
- VAT return downloads and electronic filing
- Monthly payroll
- Filing Companies House Confirmation Statements
- Analysis work in Excel
- General scanning and filing
- Ad-hoc projects and general support with running the office
