  • Working Week: 38 hours per week over 5 days on a rota. Working hours will fall within the salon's opening hours, Monday to Saturday. The salon is closed on Bank Holidays. Hours may vary to meet business and apprenticeship training requirements.

Brief Description

Begin your career with THE TRUTH IN COLOUR®, an award-winning, consultation-led salon. Learn from experienced professionals while working towards your Hair Professional Level 2 Apprenticeship. Gain hands-on experience in cutting, colouring, styling and customer care within a supportive team committed to your development.

Training to be Provided


  • Training will take place both within our salon and with our approved training provider.

  • You will receive regular off-the-job training as part of your Hair Professional Level 2 Apprenticeship.

  • Day-to-day learning will be supported by experienced stylists through practical coaching, mentoring and regular reviews.

  • Time will be allocated throughout your working week for apprenticeship learning and development.

Future Prospects

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position within THE TRUTH IN COLOUR®. There will also be opportunities to progress onto the Level 3 Advanced and Creative Hair Professional apprenticeship, undertake specialist training and continue developing your skills through ongoing education and mentoring.
