Working Week: 7.30am - 5.00pm, with 1 hour lunch break, Monday - Friday.
Brief Description
Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods. Operating equipment safely, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order processing to support overall supply chain efficiency.
Training to be Provided
The apprentice will have a blend of online and onsite meetings with their assessor every 4-6 weeks until completion of the apprenticeship.
Future Prospects
The apprenticeship could lead to a full-time permanent role if the candidate completes a successful apprenticeship programme.

Role Summary
- Vital link in the supply chain, ensuring seamless flow of goods from delivery to dispatch
- Unload, inspect, and log inbound shipments
- Safely transport, store, and organise stock using specialised equipment
- Pick, pack, and check outgoing orders against delivery notes
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain a secure, clean, and compliant warehouse environment
Other Information
- Applicants will need to have their own transport as the site is 2 miles outside of Buntingford
- Whilst protective clothing will be provided, time will be worked outdoors in all weathers
- Candidates must be aged 18 or above due to the working hours
