Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Apprentice Vehicle Sales & Operations Assistant to join our busy used car dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the motor trade while gaining valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of dealership operations.
Training to be Provided
- 1 day every other week at college (Term-time)
- College Assessor
- Workplace Mentor

Vacancy Detail
- Assisting with the intake of newly arrived vehicles
- Bagging and tagging vehicle keys and documentation
- Completing vehicle intake sheets accurately
- Preparing vehicles for display, including sales cleaning
- Carrying out pitch washes to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard
- Moving vehicles safely around the dealership
- Collecting vehicles from customers, suppliers, and other locations as required
- Keeping the forecourt and dealership premises clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Updating vehicle prices and information displayed in vehicle windows
- Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, paperwork, and data entry
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day dealership operations
- Following all company health and safety procedures
Other Information
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
