Brief Description
If you have an eye for detail or just want to work for a successful, secure company - then this might be for you. This apprenticeship is designed for those who work within a procurement and supply chain function and want to develop their confidence and competence.
Training to be Provided
Procurement and Supply Assistant Level 3.
Training will take place on a monthly basis, on site at DJ Assembly.
Future Prospects
This apprenticeship could lead to a role working within Procurement and Supply. For the right candidate, this could be a role at DJ Assembly working within the Purchasing Team as a Purchasing or Materials Assistant, leading into a Production Buyer role.
Vacancy Detail
- Assist in raising and processing purchase orders and managing procurement documentation
- Obtain supplier quotations and support low-value sourcing activities
- Monitor orders and resolve delivery or invoice queries
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information
- Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with market research, spend analysis, and procurement reporting
- Support contract administration and procurement exercises
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organisational policies and relevant legislation
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the procurement function
