Working Week: 36 hours per week, typically worked over 4 days on a rota basis. Flexibility will be required including weekends and Bank Holidays in line with business requirements and events.
Brief Description
You will learn how to build customer relationships, generate business opportunities, support the sales process and contribute to business growth. No previous sales experience is required; we are looking for motivation, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Training to be Provided
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

Vacancy Detail
- Learn to support the sales cycle from enquiry through to proposal preparation and contract completion.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs through meetings and effective questioning.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support new business generation through networking, research and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
- Work with Events, Hospitality and Operations Teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Contribute towards sales objectives and learn about forecasting and KPI management.
