Brief Description

A fantastic opportunity to join the team at EQ Group. You will develop skills in recruitment & talent acquisition, sales & business development, AI & automation, project management to name a few. There will be ongoing opportunities for career development and promotion. 

Training to be Provided


  • You will achieve the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard

  • There are workshops to attend via Teams

  • You will have a mentor for one-to-one teaching and learning

  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Candidate Engagement:
