Brief Description

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in finance and business support within a professional environment. You'll manage billing and finance queries, process administrative tasks, support credit control, maintain systems, and work with colleagues while developing valuable organisational, financial, and customer service skills.

Training to be Provided

Business Administrator Level 3.


As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of topics to suit every office-based role imaginable from finance to HR. You’ll develop the skills required to successfully manage and engage with stakeholders, partners and suppliers whilst applying key business principles.


Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll be invited to monthly 2-hour live sessions hosted online in addition to working on your course content via our online learning platform.


To meet the off-the-job requirements for your apprenticeship, you'll also spend a minimum of 6 hours a week within the workplace developing your admin knowledge, skills, and behaviours listed within your bespoke LDN Training Plan.

Responsibilities:



  • Process day-to-day WIP administration, including write-offs, transfers, file closures, archiving, financial query support, and related reporting

  • Manage the Finance and Billing inboxes, ensuring queries, requests, and workflow tasks are prioritised, allocated, and actioned promptly

  • Support credit control activities, including the central invoice distribution process

  • Ensure new users are correctly set up on systems and liaise with IT to resolve any issues

  • Provide cover and support for other team members as required

  • Undertake additional duties as delegated by management from time to time

Other Information


  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including maths
