Brief Description

Andrew Jackson Solicitors, a well-established, professional client services business, is seeking an Office Admin Apprentice!
You’ll become part of a supportive team where you’ll receive ongoing training, guidance, and mentoring to help you develop the skills and confidence needed for a successful career.

Training to be Provided

The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration includes:



  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable)

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)


You will attend a half-day training session with HBTC, where you will develop your business administration knowledge and skills, and work towards any required Functional Skills qualifications (where needed). Additional off-the-job training and an End Point Assessment will also form part of the apprenticeship.

  • Providing reception cover, greeting clients and visitors professionally.

  • Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries, directing clients to the appropriate person or department.

  • Managing the meeting room booking system.

  • Preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, and stocked with stationery and refreshments.

  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional reception area.

  • Processing incoming post, including scanning and forwarding documents to the relevant teams.

  • Preparing outgoing post, including recorded and special deliveries.

  • Photocopying, printing, scanning, and preparing documents.

  • Retrieving documents from internal and external storage facilities.

  • Ordering office stationery and supplies while monitoring stock levels.

  • Ensuring office work areas remain fully stocked with essential supplies.

  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
