Working Week: Full time Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (May be required to perform alternate shift due to departmental needs). 1 hour lunch break.
Brief Description
You will work with the operations responsible for the movement of goods, ensuring the transit and delivery is made on time. You will liaise with overseas offices, partners or agents and will be responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork, which documents the nature of the goods and that they are legal and legitimate.

Vacancy Detail
- Carry out the full coordination of the movement of freight
- Completion of all associated freight documentation
- Completion of customs declarations
- To work with the customer to provide the best service available within the time constraints provided
- To create a relationship with customers and suppliers
- Liaise by telephone/email/with shipping lines/customers and other departments and supplier
- General administration duties
- Support the business with any additional tasks as require
- Maintain a team-oriented atmosphere
