Brief Description

Support the smooth running of a busy workplace by providing receptionist and administrative support. Duties include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing appointments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting the team while developing valuable business and customer service skills.

Training to be Provided

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, patients, and staff.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
