  • Working Week: Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.15am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.15am to 2.15pm. Breaks/Lunch: 2 x 15-minute paid breaks and ½ hour unpaid lunch. (Monday - Thursday) and 1 x 15 minute paid break and ½ hour unpaid lunch (Friday).

Brief Description

A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a qualification in Quality Management. Supporting the organisation in maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in business operations. Developing practical skills in auditing, data analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Training to be Provided

Quality Practitioner Level 4.


The apprenticeship will start in November 2026, with in-house on-the-job training being carried out prior to the apprenticeship starting.


The apprenticeship training will take place each week for half a day in face to face, interactive sessions at Whyy? Change, New York Stadium, Rotherham. 

Future Prospects

May lead to a permanent position at CCPI subject to performance and results of apprenticeship.

Vacancy Detail


  • Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Assist with internal audits and compliance checks

  • Monitor quality performance indicators and produce reports

  • Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis activities

  • Help implement corrective and preventive actions, including dealing with customer complaints

  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and records

  • Work with teams across the business to improve processes and reduce waste

  • Support continuous improvement projects and customer quality requirements

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations
