Brief Description
You will be responsible for providing first line support to our managers and employees. Supporting our People and Culture Team deliver strategic advice and guidance to our group businesses on employee relations matters. If you are passionate about providing our people the right environment in which to flourish we want to hear from you!

Vacancy Detail
- Support inbox management, filing relevant documentation on personnel files.
- Drafting of standard letters for People & Culture Business Partners approval.
- Signpost and transfer employees to other People Culture services where appropriate (ie Talent, People Services Admin, Learning and Development & Payroll, etc).
- Assist with investigations and fact-finding activities as required.
- Escalating complex cases to the People and Culture Business Partners where appropriate.
- Assist with occupational health referrals where required.
- Support the implementation and communication of People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Support wider People & Culture initiatives and project, including redundancy, consulted changes and TUPE activities.
- Complete employee benefits administration
- Assist with employee engagement activities, such as Employee Forums.
- Support co ordination on annual or bi annual events such as Pay Review, Employee Survey’s/Questionnaires.
- Communication with key stakeholders both inside and outside the People & Culture team.
- Support and work with the Learning and Development team to upskill line managers in People & Culture processes.

- A fast learner, able to quickly absorb, retain and apply new knowledge and skills.
