Brief Description
Start your career in housing with Calico’s Level 3 Housing and Property Management apprenticeship. You’ll gain real experience supporting customers and neighbourhoods, earn while you learn and build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed for a meaningful career.
Training to be Provided
Housing and Property Management Level 3.
Training takes place in the workplace with monthly 1:1 support sessions on Teams, online group workshops every 6-8 weeks, and 8‑weekly reviews with your manager and Development Coach. You’ll also complete 6 hours of paid off‑the‑job learning each week as part of your apprenticeship commitments.
Future Prospects
Successful apprentices often progress into Neighbourhood Officer roles, move into tenancy or community support positions, or continue developing through higher‑level housing qualifications. This apprenticeship gives you a strong foundation to build a long‑term career across Calico and the wider housing sector.
