Brief Description

The Business Administration apprentice will support day‑to‑day administrative functions, helping the organisation run smoothly. They will provide efficient, professional support across the team while developing skills in communication, organisation, customer service and business systems.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

For applicants without Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, employment will be offered on condition of completing initial Maths and English tests to determine suitability for the course.

Training to be Provided

You will work towards achieving the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard, which includes a blend of off-the-job training and practical workplace learning. The programme covers key areas such as leadership, communication, project management, and team development. Training is delivered through online sessions, portfolio building, and dedicated preparation for the End-Point Assessment.

Future Prospects

After completing the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, learners can progress into roles such as Business Support Officer, Senior Administrator, Office Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Project Administrator, HR Administrator, or Finance Assistant, depending on their interests and strengths. With further experience, they can move into more advanced positions like Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Project Support Officer, HR Assistant, or Operations Assistant.
