Brief Description
Join a friendly Epsom dental practice as a Customer Service Apprentice. You’ll welcome patients, manage appointments, answer enquiries, take payments and provide excellent customer service, while gaining valuable experience and a recognised Customer Service qualification.
Future Prospects
Potential progression could include Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Receptionist, Office Administrator, Senior Customer Service Advisor, Team Leader or Customer Service Manager. Further training and experience could also lead to progression into wider business or management roles.
Vacancy Detail
The apprentice will greet and check in patients, answer calls and enquiries, book and amend appointments, manage the appointment diary, send patient reminders, process payments, update records, support NHS and private treatment administration, manage recalls and referrals, and provide general reception and administrative support to the dental team.
