Working Week: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm. and alternate Saturday, 9am - 1.00pm.
Brief Description
This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the administrative support needed to secure successful property sales. You'll also learn how to value properties, prepare particulars, negotiate sales and conduct viewings.
Training to be Provided
- Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional skills in maths and English if required
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
Future Prospects
- Become a fully-fledged member of the team. Negotiator, Valuer and then Branch Manager
- The sky's the limit
Vacancy Detail
- Prepare particulars using MS Publisher
- Liaise with vendors and prospective purchasers using telephone and emails
- Arrange and conduct viewings

You must have a full UK driving licence and have daily access to a car.
