Brief Description
Join S3 Entertainment at a busy BP Petrol Station as a Customer Service Apprentice. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, till operation, stock replenishment, food-to-go, sales and retail operations, while developing communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Potential full-time role upon completion of apprenticeship.

- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
- Welcoming customers, understanding their needs and responding to enquiries
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments accurately
- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues appropriately
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays
- Supporting food-to-go operations and maintaining hygiene standards
- Checking product dates and ensuring good stock rotation
- Maintaining clean, safe and welcoming shop and forecourt areas
- Following age-verification, health and safety, security and company procedures
- Supporting promotions and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and sales
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors and contributing to the wider team
- Completing relevant checks, records and daily operational tasks
- Developing knowledge of products, services, customer needs and the overall retail operation
