Brief Description
An interesting and detailed role, ensuring product quality is consistent with intended use. Successful applicants would be working with a small team of technicians, testing concrete, aggregates and soils to ensure suitability to industry standards.

Vacancy Detail
A normal day would include:
- Undertaking preparation of samples for testing
- Testing soils, aggregates, concrete & asphalt for strength & density
- Filling out all test documentation correctly via electronic tablet
- Checking equipment calibration status
- Adhering to quality, health & safety & environmental procedures
- Lifting of sample bags weighing between 20 – 25kg
- Assembly of various materials to carry out the testing activities
- Chance to progress to a permanent full-time position
