Brief Description
The Eskdale is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice to join our team in Castleton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and build a career within the hospitality industry while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
Training to be Provided
- Level 2 Food and Beverage Team Member
- Middlesbrough College
Future Prospects
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
Vacancy Detail
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers in line with company standards
- Prepare dining and bar areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the day
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating where appropriate
- Support stock control and replenishment of supplies
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations
- Assist colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions as required
