Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, inspect and maintain dental equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Test equipment following installation, servicing and repair
- Use technical drawings, manuals and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate service, inspection and maintenance records
- Follow manufacturer instructions, risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Work safely within dental practices, hospitals and other healthcare environments
- Communicate effectively with dental practices, clinicians, manufacturers and customers
- Recognise and report equipment risks and work within the limits of your competence
