Working Week: Working week to be agreed at interview. Shifts will cover a period of 8.30am - 6.00pm.
Brief Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Level 3 Signage Technician Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity to learn every aspect of the signage industry while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
Training to be Provided
20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

What You'll Learn:
Unlike many apprenticeships that focus on a single department, our programme offers exposure to the complete signage project journey, including:
Site Surveys:
- Visiting customer sites
- Measuring and assessing installation locations
- Recording technical information
- Photographing and reporting site conditions
- Design and Visualisation
- Creating signage visuals and concepts
- Learning design software and layout principles
- Assisting with artwork preparation
- Sales and Estimating
- Producing quotations and project costings
- Understanding materials and manufacturing processes
- Learning how projects are planned and priced
- Project Planning
- Scheduling works
- Ordering materials
- Coordinating manufacturing and installation activities
- Manufacturing and Fabrication
- Working with a wide range of materials
- Sign production techniques
- Fabrication and assembly of signage systems
- Digital Print Production
- Operating large-format printers
- Vinyl application
- Finishing and quality control
- Installation
- Assisting installation teams on-site
- Learning safe working practices
- Understanding different fixing methods and signage systems

- No previous experience in signage is necessary. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to completing the apprenticeship
