Working Week: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm, with a 3.00pm finish on a Friday. 1 hour lunch break.
Brief Description
This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in recruitment while working towards a recognised qualification. You will receive training and ongoing support as you learn how to attract candidates, develop relationships with schools and create successful placements.
Training to be Provided
- In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Recruiter qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
- Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you
- You receive off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
- Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard

Vacancy Detail
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals
- Finding candidates through job boards, social media and our recruitment database
- Conducting candidate screening calls
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Updating candidate and client information on our CRM
- Supporting consultants with interview arrangements and placements
- Contacting schools to discuss their staffing requirements
- Building professional relationships with candidates and school contacts
- Completing general recruitment and administrative tasks
- Working towards individual and team targets
