Working Week: Monday to Friday 30 hours plus hrs per week 40 hours a week. Any time between 730am and 6pm on a rota.
Brief Description
An opportunity to apply for an Early Years level 3 apprenticeship. This apprenticeship will allow you to continue a career in childcare, and will give you various career progression roots and further training
upon completion.
Training to be Provided
On-the-job training, you will be taught by your manager and other qualified early years staff within the setting
Monthly online virtual masterclasses with the training provider and other students doing the same qualification
Future Prospects
- Fully Qualified Early Years Educator
- Could then progress to be a room leader
- Level 5 early years as a manager or deputy

- Assisting in delivering a high level of
quality childcare maintaining a professional and positive outcome for both children and staff - Building effective relationships with children, parents and team members
- Ensuring each child's individual needs are
met - Work towards the apprenticeship standards provided by Juniper Training with an expectation of completion within the agreed timeframe
- Completing a wide range of bespoke childcare courses and short training sessions to ensure that the highest quality
childcare practice is delivered

- Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Remote Location: Must be able to drive or have reliable person to give you a lift no public transport
- Be patient and understanding for the needs of children
