Brief Description
Join The Highfield Hotel Driffield as a Hospitality Team Member Apprentice. This varied role will give you experience across housekeeping, food and beverage service, bar operations and guest care within a luxury country house hotel. You'll develop valuable hospitality skills while supporting the team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
Future Prospects
Successful completion may lead to a permanent Hospitality Team Member position and progression onto a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship as responsibilities develop.
Vacancy Detail
- Prepare and clean guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard.
- Support the housekeeping team with room changeovers and guest amenities.
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with serving food and drinks in the restaurant and bar.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Help prepare and maintain bar and dining areas.
- Support weddings, functions and special events.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to create a memorable guest experience.
