Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Customer Services.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to progress within Fast Turbo Ltd into a permanent Customer Service or Sales role, with further opportunities to develop your career within the automotive industry.
Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
- Answering customer calls and enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Picking and checking orders
- Packing orders for dispatch
- Printing delivery and shipping labels
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Updating customer and order records
- Keeping company records and systems up to date
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
