Brief Description

Join us as a Sales & Customer Service Advisor and develop your skills while being rewarded for your performance.
Training to be Provided
- Lessons: Once every other week for the first 8 weeks with a tutor from Apprenticeship Connect
- Duration: Each lesson will be approximately 1 hour
- Delivery: Lessons are held remotely via Microsoft Teams
- Your class: You’ll learn alongside other apprentices from across the UK, who will become your classmates
- Collaborative learning: Sessions are interactive and designed to support you throughout your apprenticeship
- Off-the-job training: You’ll receive 7 hours per week dedicated to apprenticeship training
This time can include written assignments, shadowing, training, and other activities that contribute towards completing your apprenticeship.
