Brief Description
Looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? Got the gift of the gab and want to put it to good use? We are on the lookout for an apprentice to join a small but busy recruitment team in Chatham, Specialising in the early years education sector.
Training to be Provided
- Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills if required or requested
- 14 Months training at the employers location
Future Prospects
A full time Recruitment Resourcer role will be offered after successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance review.
Vacancy Detail
You’ll be learning the ropes from the ground up, with tasks like:
- Sourcing and speaking to candidates
- Helping with bookings and diary management
- Talking to clients to understand their needs
- Gradually learning about new business and how to grow accounts
