Brief Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in the construction industry with a reputable company known for delivering outstanding projects. You will receive a Level 2 Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship Qualification.
Training to be Provided
Day release to the Macclesfield Campus each week.
Future Prospects
After completing the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to progress within the company.
Vacancy Detail
Learn and develop skills in all aspects of first and second fix joinery, including:
- Installing windows and door
- Laying floor joists and boards
- Erecting stud walls and hanging doors
- Fitting architraves, skirting boards, door frames and linings
- Fitting Kitchen and commercial cabinets including one off custom commercial projects
- Master the use of handheld and power tools such as drills, saws, routers, and laser levelling devices
- Working power tools
- Follow technical plans and instructions to complete high-quality work
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver exceptional results
Other Information
Required to be able to drive or in process of learning to drive. Must be able to get to the offices in Buxton for 7.30am start Monday - Friday.
