Working Week: Monday - Friday / 09:00-17:00 Remote Hybrid with attendance at 3Roc head office, Rochdale, and client sites as required.
Brief Description
We’re seeking an organised, professional apprentice with some relevant workplace experience, although attitude, aptitude and cultural fit matter most. You don’t need a project management title. You’ll support live projects from day one while developing through the Level 4 apprenticeship with GLP Training.
Training to be Provided
You will meet your tutor every 4 weeks with a mix of remote 1:1 sessions, group masterclasses via Teams and (where necessary) tutors coming on site to meet you.

There is a clear career path to Project Manager at 3Roc upon successful completion.
Vacancy Detail
- Support the coordination and delivery of IT projects and programmes across the 3Roc portfolio
- Maintain project documentation — plans, logs, reports, and action trackers
- Attend and contribute to project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
- Build working relationships with colleagues, clients, technical teams, and suppliers
- Proactively flag risks, issues, or concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner
- Develop toward taking independent ownership of defined project workstreams over time
- Complete all elements of the Level 4 apprenticeship programme including off-the-job learning with GLP
