Brief Description
Ready to build a career in community pharmacy? You’ll complete the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician apprenticeship with online training from Scope Training, including the Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) unit. Pass, and you can register with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
Training to be Provided
Level 3 Pre Registration Training for Pharmacy Technician GPhC standard.
- Online Training with Scope Training
- You will be working towards the NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services
- Functional Skills in maths and English and or level 2 NVQ Pharmacy services needed
Future Prospects
- On completion of NVQ Level 2, you will then complete level 3 to become a trained Pharmacy Technician
Vacancy Detail
- Learning and carrying out dispensing and preparing prescriptions
- Manage prescription related queries
- Work with the team to carry out a variety of tasks within the pharmacy
- Have a patient facing role proving excellent service
- Carry out business tasks and development towards KPI
- Manage stock and deal with buying, storing and handling pharmacy medicines
- Manage prescription requests, receipts and queries
