Brief Description
We are looking for a personable sales candidate to join a rapidly growing flooring company. Working alongside a small and dedicated team in a fast paced, professional showroom.
Training to be Provided
- In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Customer Service qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
- Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you
- You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

Vacancy Detail
The successful candidate will be provided with full training across an extensive product offering. No previous experience is required.
Main tasks will include:
- Liaising with clients, including interior designers, architects, and the public
- Be tasked with their own projects. From initial client consultation, through planning to final delivery, ensuring highest standards are always maintained
- Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations
- Resolve and take ownerships to customer queries
