Brief Description
The successful applicant will join the team as a Digital Management Accountant apprentice, supporting colleagues with a range of tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, gain exposure to real client work, and build a long-term career in audit and accountancy.
Training to be Provided
The successful candidate will undertake a full review of their existing skills versus what is required in their new role. This will be a structured AAT Apprenticeship programme at Level 3 (depending on candidate’s experience and knowledge).
A blend of classroom and online training will support the candidate to achieve a well-recognised accountancy qualification which will both help with their new role and potentially lead on to further study.
Future Prospects
You may begin your training with the AAT qualification, providing a strong foundation in accountancy, and then progress onto ACA or ACCA to qualify as a Chartered Accountant

- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate client accounts.
- Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with VAT returns, tax filings and payroll processing.
- Manage customer and supplier accounts and support credit control.
- Use accounting software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance.
- Respond to client queries and build strong client relationships.
- Work with accounts, audit and tax teams to support client services.
