Brief Description
This role is designed for a motivated individual who wants to launch a career in Project Management. You will train towards a nationally recognised qualification while supporting our team with client projects, team activities and business operation opportunities.
Training to be Provided
The Project Manager programme integrates live and online workshops with self-paced learning, employing a guided discovery approach for individual learner contexts.
Learners are assigned a Digital Learning Consultant (DLC) for personalised coaching and support. These specialists ensure their successful progress, wellbeing, and readiness for assessments.
Future Prospects
Once your apprenticeship programme is complete, we aim, wherever possible, to offer permanent roles within the business. For those who are successful, we will continue to invest in your professional development through opportunities such as further qualifications, day-release courses and supported study during working hours.
