Brief Description
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Admin Apprentice to join our Operational Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in business administration while gaining valuable hands-on experience within the recruitment industry.
Training to be Provided
- Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Future Prospects
- Full-time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship
Vacancy Detail
- Be the first point of contact for operational queries from consultants, account managers and on occasion candidates
- Investigate issues to find the root cause, not just the immediate fix
- Spot recurring problems, log them and propose changes that stop them happening again
- Escalate clearly when something needs a decision, with the facts and a suggested solution
