Brief Description
Kick-start your engineering career with an Electrical Manufacturing Apprenticeship! Gain hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, product testing and quality control. Earn £18,525 a year while working towards a Level 2 Engineering qualification. No experience needed!
Training to be Provided
The apprentice will work towards the Level 2 Engineering Operative apprenticeship standard, following the Electrical Pathway.
Training will combine practical, hands-on experience in the workplace with structured learning and support from experienced colleagues and a dedicated apprenticeship training provider.
The apprentice will develop knowledge and skills in electrical and mechanical assembly, product testing, quality assurance, safe working practices and manufacturing processes.
The training schedule and any requirements to attend an external training centre will be confirmed as part of the apprenticeship training plan.
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent role within the Manufacturing and Logistics team, such as Electrical Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Technician or Production Technician.
The apprenticeship also provides a strong foundation for further training and progression into more advanced engineering roles, including the opportunity to undertake a higher-level engineering apprenticeship, depending on individual performance and business requirements.
