Brief Description
Work on new build and refurbishment projects of varying size and complexity. Lay bricks and blocks using mortar, hand tools and modern construction methods.

PL7 4JN - The apprenticeship includes regular training at the Training Centre (2 consecutive days every fortnight)
Future Prospects
- Typical Timescales
- 0-3 years: Qualified Bricklayer
- 3-7 years: Senior/Advanced Bricklayer or Foreman
- 5-10 years: Site Supervisor or Site Manager
- 10+ years: Construction Manager, Business Owner, or Specialist Consultant
