Brief Description
Start your career in software support with noyantis. You’ll learn to support users of our installed and cloud software, resolve customer queries, test software updates, assist with training. Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role as a Software Support Technician within the business. As you gain experience and develop your skills, there may be opportunities to progress into Senior Software Support or Software Implementation roles, taking on greater responsibility for customer onboarding, training, and software deployments.
