Join our team as a Recruitment Level 3 Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and building client relationships. With training and support, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to succeed in recruitment.

Vacancy Detail
- Conducting candidate screening calls and communicating confidently by phone.
- Sourcing candidates and reviewing CVs for suitable vacancies.
- Arranging interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and clients.
- Assisting with candidate onboarding and preparing relevant documentation.
- Building positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment databases. - Supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
