Brief Description
- As an apprentice, you’ll work and get hands-on experience
- You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced groundworkers
Training to be Provided
An apprenticeship with greenlight will include regular training with us as a training provider. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

Vacancy Detail
- Work on construction and civil engineering sites from start to finish
- Prepare groundworks: drainage, concreting, paving, roads and utilities
- Follow health, safety and environmental rules at all times
- Use hand tools, power tools and basic setting-out equipment
- Work as part of a team with supervisors and other trades
- Learn practical groundwork skills on live sites
